Located in the heart of Agenskalns
at 32 Ormaņu Street, the development is set
within a residential quarter surrounded by
historic private houses and low-rise residential buildings.

The garden at the heart of the quarter

Āgenskalna Lietus Dārzs offers a balance between urban life and nature. Bordered by Ormaņu, Struteles, Dreiliņu and Ernestīnes Streets, the new residential quarter is designed around a green landscaped courtyard rather than parking areas or traffic, creating a peaceful outdoor space at the heart of the development.

The quarter seen from the street

The distinctive character of Agenskalns is defined by its historic wooden and brick architecture, villas, low-rise residential buildings, green courtyards, gardens and mature trees.

Despite its proximity to the city centre, the neighbourhood has retained its distinctive architectural character and independent identity.
