  • Enquiry form: your name, email address, phone number (if provided), the home you selected, your message, and whether you agree to receive project news. With the enquiry we also store the time it was submitted, your IP address, your browser and the country indicated by your IP address, so that we can identify abusive submissions.
  • Technical data: your IP address and browser information in the server logs. These are generated automatically and are used for security purposes.
  • Website usage (only with your consent): pages viewed, how you arrived at the site, your device and browser, approximate location, and actions on the site such as sending an enquiry, tapping a phone number or opening a home's plans. We do not send the content of your enquiry (name, email, phone number, message) to these tools.
  • Cookie choice: your consent or refusal is stored in your own browser, not by us.

03Purposes and legal basis

  • To respond to your enquiry and prepare a transaction: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
  • To send project news: only with your consent, which you may withdraw at any time (Article 6(1)(a)).
  • To understand how the website is used and to measure our advertising: only with the consent you give in the cookie banner, which you may withdraw at any time (Article 6(1)(a)).
  • To keep the website secure and prevent misuse: our legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)).

04Who receives your data

We do not sell your data. It is shared with analytics and marketing tools only if you consent to this in the cookie banner.

  • Your enquiry is delivered to our sales inbox. We also keep a copy on the website's server in the EU, so that an enquiry is not lost if the email is not delivered.
  • Email delivery is provided by Resend (Resend, Inc., USA), acting as our processor. Any transfer of data outside the EU is based on the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
  • The website's server is provided by our hosting provider in the EU. Pages, images and video are delivered by Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., USA), acting as our processor. Cloudflare also processes your IP address, and any transfer outside the EU is based on Standard Contractual Clauses.
  • If you consent to analytics: Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited; data may also be transferred to Google LLC, USA). Transfers to the USA are based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
  • If you consent to marketing: the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited; data may also be transferred to Meta Platforms, Inc., USA). Meta may link this data to your Facebook or Instagram account under its own privacy policy. Transfers to the USA are based on the Data Privacy Framework.
  • The map on the Location page loads its map tiles from OpenFreeMap, which can see your IP address but receives none of your enquiry data.
  • We may disclose data to public authorities where required by law.

05How long we keep your data

  • Correspondence about your enquiry is kept while we handle your question, and for up to two years after our last contact if no transaction follows.
  • If we enter into a contract, we keep the data for as long as accounting and archiving legislation requires.
  • Marketing consent is kept until you withdraw it.

06Cookies

The website uses analytics and marketing cookies only if you consent to them in the cookie banner. Until then, the Google and Meta scripts are not loaded at all. You can change your choice at any time using the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page; if you withdraw consent, we delete the cookies set by those tools.

Your cookie choice itself is stored in your own browser (in its local storage).

  • Necessary: these keep the website working and remember your cookie choice. The website cannot function without them, so they cannot be switched off.
  • Analytics: Google Analytics (cookies _ga and _ga_J8N4PPQ355, stored for up to 2 years). Shows which pages are read and counts enquiries, phone taps and opened plans. Off by default.
  • Marketing: the Meta Pixel (cookie _fbp, stored for 3 months). Measures whether our Facebook and Instagram ads bring visitors to the site and on to an enquiry. Off by default.
